My approach
Every person has the potential for growth, healing, and self-discovery. My approach is rooted in person-centred therapy, where you are the expert in your own life. Whether you’re facing challenges in relationships, struggling with anxiety or depression, or simply seeking greater self-awareness, therapy can provide a safe and reflective space to explore what truly matters to you.
We all carry experiences that shape how we see ourselves and the world—some uplifting, others painful or difficult to untangle. These patterns can feel ingrained, but they don’t have to define you. In our work together, I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs at your own pace. My role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your inner wisdom, resilience, and sense of self.
